It is your responsibility to find out and pull any necessary building permits if they are required. We will provide you with engineered plans for an additional cost. We are not required to view your permit to commence construction.

The tubing is made of 12 or 14 Gauge square tubing and the paneling is 29 or 26 Gauge paneling. All components are double zinc galvanized steel and the panels are powder coated to your color choice and finish.

You can upgrade to the heavier steel components, as well as color-matched screws, deluxe wainscoting, 4’ On center, vertical siding, insulation, and Dutch frame outs for a more residential look. We also offer commercial, chain-driven garage doors, and upgraded windows.

The footprint of the building is always a foot shorter. Most specifications call for a 12”x12 Footer with two number 4 rebar, monolithic slab 2500 psi with a slab 4”-6” thick with an included mesh or fiber fill. You can also choose to purchase interior anchors if you want to do a “correct pour”. IE: You’ve ordered a 24’x36’x12’ Building. Your “correct pour” would be 24’x35’. This ensures that the paneling will come down around the concrete slab to create a natural water barrier, sand, dust, and critter barrier. Feel free to do an overpour if you like, you can always purchase foam barriers or seal the building yourself with geocell.

Yes, We offer free straight pin rebar anchors that go 36” into the ground. For high wind areas, it is recommended to use Mobile home anchors. These anchors are driven into the ground with a driver machine, have 4” discs on them and are 30” long. Buildings over 30’ wide and 12’ High will need to be installed on a concrete footer.

Yes, Labor is included and therefore nontaxable, However, You WILL pay your State and local taxes on every Steel purchase. Only those exempt with an Agricultural Exemption, Resale Exemption, Religious Exemption, or Indian Reservation Exemption will qualify and must submit your exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

Lead times are 4 to 6 weeks. However if you are pulling a permit wait times may vary.

Things to Know

  • Mark any utility lines running underneath the planned installation site. Make Sure overhead lines are not a hazard to the crew.
  • Prepare a level lot: move the earth if necessary to create a level installation surface. Sites must not be more than three inches off level to avoid any cut-leg fees or other additional labor/ return trip fees.
  • The installation of buildings upon concrete retaining walls or on shipping containers will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please call our Representatives for more information.
  • Clear any and all obstacles in and around the installation site such as cars, recreational vehicles, and debris to avoid a build over fee. Installation crews need a minimum of 24” all around the building to fasten any wall paneling, end wall framing, and trim.
  • Have payment ready before the installation crew arrives. Small units can be completed in less than an hour and often have multiple appointments in a day.
  • Site preparation is crucial to ensuring a smooth installation. Failure to adequately prepare your site could result in additional labor charges.
